EVENT TERMS 이벤트 약관

(1) 이벤트는 참가자의 안녕과 즐거운 행사 진행을 위해 최선의 노력을 다합니다.
(2) 이벤트 참가자 또한 자신과 다른 참가자의 안녕을 위해 최선의 노력을 합니다.
이하,
댄스 이벤트 참가자로서,
● 행사의 강습과 파티에서 발생할 수 있는 불가역적 안전 사고에 참가자는 스스로를 보호하며 안전에 책임이 있습니다. 모두에게 안전하고 즐거운 행사를 위해 개인의 적극적인 협조와 주의를 요청드리며 이에 따른 법적 책임은 주최자나 강사에게 있지 않음을 알려드립니다.
● 행사 스텝을 존중하고 원활한 행사 진행을 위해, 행사 스텝의 지시에 적극적으로 따라주기를 요청합니다.
사진과 영상 정책
● 행사에 등록함으로써 본인은 강습과 파티 때 사진 작가 또는 비디오 작가가 촬영하는 데 동의합니다.
● 행사 때 촬영된 사진 또는 영상은 주최측에 의해 공식 웹사이트와 유튜브, 인스타그램에 업로드 되며 소유권은 주취측에 있습니다. 대회 영상의 경우 단순 요청에 의해 임의 삭제될 수 없습니다. 단, 사진의 경우, 합당한 이유가 있는 경우 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
● 강습 중, 강사의 허락 없이 수업 중 동영상을 녹화하거나 수업 서머리 영상을 외부에 공유하거나 공개하지 않습니다. 촬영된 강습 서머리의 소유권은 주최측과 강사에게 있으며 강습생과 공유됩니다.
● 위의 내용을 준수하지 않는 경우 이벤트에서 제재나 혹은 심각한 위반시 제외될 수 있습니다. 등록 데스크에서 신청을 완료하는 것은 이용 약관에 동의하는 것입니다.
구매 및 취소/양도에 대한 규정
● 묶음으로 판매된 행사 티켓은 분리되어 별도 판매/ 양도될 수 없습니다.
● 2024년 6월 30일 6pm KST까지 환불가능합니다.
● 양도는 10월 30일까지 가능하며 기본적으로 리더는 리더에게 팔로워는 팔로워 혹은 리더에게 양도 가능합니다. (단, 추후 리더, 팔로워 간 비율에 따라 변경 공지 가능)
● 1회에 한해 동일 금액으로, 풀 위크앤드 패스의 사용을 미룰 수 있습니다.(데이패스, 파티 패스 제외) 이때 패스의 사용을 미루는 자는 행사 시작 전 14일 전 주최측에 신청해야 하며 다음해 얼리버드 패스 금액을 기준으로 추가금을 내거나 금액이 같을 경우 유사한 조건의 패스 수강이 가능
● 천재지변, 항공편의 결항, 강사의 건강 이슈 발생 등 불가항력적인 상황에서도 이벤트는 동일한 행사 진행을 위해 최선을 다합니다. 단 이때 별도의 환불은 불가합니다.
프라이빗 클래스에 대한 규정

KBW2024에서는 메인 워크삽 클래스의 운영을 집중하고자, 행사 운영에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 메인 강사들의 개별 프라이빗 클래스는 진행하지 않습니다. 코리아발보아위크앤드 기간 동안 진행되는 공식 강습들에 관심을 가져주시길 바랍니다.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) The event will do their best to ensure the well-being of participants and an enjoyable event.
(2) Event participants will also do their best to ensure the well-being of themselves and other participants.
As a dance event participant,
● They are responsible of their own safety and wel-being during the event, and make every effort to protect themselves including under force majeure Participants are responsible for all situations that happen in relation to personal conduct.
● They are asked to follow fully the event staffs to make everyone's enjoyable event.
Photography and Video Policy
● By registration of the event, they agree to be filmed by a photographer or videographer hired by event.
● The photos or videos taken during the event are uploaded to the official website and social network services by the event, and the ownership belongs to the event. In particular, in the case of competition videos, they cannot be arbitrarily deleted by simple request. In the case of photos, you may request deletion if there is a valid reason.
● During class, the participants agree not to record video during classes without permission. The participants agree not to share or upload the class materials on social media platform. The ownership of filmed lesson summaries remains with the event and instructors and is shared with the participants.
● If the participants do not comply with the above, they would be limited to access to event or may be excluded on the severe issues. By completing the application at the registration desk, you agree to the terms and conditions.
Cancel and Transfer
● All event tickets cannot be sold separately.
● All event tickets can be canceled and refunded until June 30, 2024.
● By Oct 30th, all tickets can be transferred leader to leader and follower to leader or follower. (But it can be adjusted by the event)
● Full Weekend Pass tickets can postpone the usage to the next year for the same amount only once. At this time, those who postpone the use of the pass must apply to the organizer 14 days before the start of the event, and pay an additional fee based on the amount of the early bird pass ticket for the following year. If this is the same, you can take the same pass.
● Even in force majeure situations such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, and instructor health issues, the event will do their best to run equivalent quality event. However, any refund is not possible.
Private Lesson by main instructors
● In order to focus on the successful management of the main classes, KBW2024 will not run any individual private lessons by main instructors that may be complicated the operation of the event. KBW2024 will appreciate your attention to the classes held during Korea Balboa Weekend.
